Description
N06625 corrosion-resistant reducing tee
Chemical composition
N06625 alloy, commonly known as Inconel 625, is a high-performance nickel chromium molybdenum alloy known for its excellent strength and corrosion resistance. The main components of this alloy include nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), and molybdenum (Mo), as well as a small amount of iron (Fe) and a small amount of niobium (Nb). The addition of chromium and molybdenum significantly enhances the oxidation and corrosion resistance of the alloy, while the presence of niobium enhances its ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. The unique combination of this alloy gives it excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in extreme environments.
Application methods
N06625 alloy is widely used in aerospace, chemical, marine, and nuclear energy fields. In the aerospace industry, it is used for manufacturing engine components and thermal shielding. In the chemical industry, this alloy is suitable for manufacturing corrosion-resistant pipelines, reactors, and heat exchangers. In marine engineering, it is used to manufacture submersibles and submarine pipelines. In addition, N06625 alloy is also used in the manufacturing of key components in nuclear reactors.
